Hi All, I have been preparing to start my course in EEE next year and one of the most daunting and confusing things I find is Circuit diagrams. Me and my logical ass mind can't make proper sense out of what really is a set of lines between components that don't follow a clear order to someone with only basic knowledge. I understand I'll get there eventually, but it's pretty scary coming face to face with something as simple as a 555 timer circuit and finding it impossible to understand what's g... Hi folks, I was wondering the best way in which to go about the above. I've built kits with a PCB etc but I'm slowly starting to draw up some of my own ideas that I've started breadboarding. I want to be able to put them on veroboard to make some prototypes to hand out to friends etc. and wanted some advice on doing so. Thanks in advance.

I searched through the last few months of posts and couldnt find anything relevent, but apologies if this is a common repost. Ive just started crocheting. I only know how to make a basic granny square which i learnt via a youtube tutorial. It uses basic stitches such as single, double, treble and puff stitch. I want to move onto more complex projects after i have finished my first blanlet however i have no idea how to decipher any of these patterns and my search for tutorials online has been f...

From my understanding, if a vector is pointing 45° from north, that means it represents a velocity of c. I also understand that time is essentially stopped for objects traveling at c. However, if the vector has a t component that's greater than zero (as is the case with the vector of a photon), doesn't that mean it is still travelling through time? Is there some kind of relativistic shenanigans going on that I don't understand, or am I just misinterpreting the diagram? Thanks in advance! It's so funny when they see some of my completed objects and want to crochet it. I keep telling them, one day! Just start with the basics. Chaining and single crochet! It's funny when they question how long a project will take to be completed. I was asked if I could complete a whole queen sized blanket by Christmas. But it's fun to show people my craft and see how excited they are to finally grasp some of the basics.

Like translating Danish to Mandarin without knowing either and not having an auto translator Do I need to know how to use UML diagram for my first job? I can crochet simple, flat things like doilies off of diagrams, but I keep coming across things like skirt and top patterns where there's no other information than diagrams of motifs or a section of the pattern and no instructions for increasing/decreasing/putting the pieces together properly. At that point I'm pretty lost. I'd post links to examples of patterns, but I'm not sure if it would be against the rules of the sub. I would really appreciate any tips! I recently got into building pedals, and made a couple kits - I'm hooked! The one thing that's a bit of a mystery to me still is the circuit diagrams. I can understand it a bit - like the fuzz pedal I built has a few different amplification circuits, but I have no idea why certain components are used instead of others. I want to design my own pedal, but I don't know where to even start. Are there resources to learn more about circuit planning, and learning when and why to use certain component...

Can someone help me interpret this crochet pattern/diagram? I've never used one and I guess I'm too simple-minded to figure this out. TIA! Free pattern [here](https://mypicot.com/0033.html) I found a pdf diagram online of the power board PCB for my monitor. The problem is (I posted here before) that there is one LED strip along the left side of the monitor to power its backlight. Along this strip, there's only about 6 of the 30 LEDs that actually work. I bought a new strip on eBay and the same issue, the same 6 turn on and the rest dont, leaving me to this the power controller for it is damaged. I have no electronic skills, just basic soldering and troubleshooting. [I found t... All above are our suggestions for artificial grass padding.
